UPDATED House Rules During Coronavirus

1. Symptoms and Testing: If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID, are pending test results, or have already tested positive for COVID it is strongly encouraged for you to self isolate in your bedroom, wear a mask anytime you are outside of your bedroom, wash your hands regularly and clean up after yourself in any public areas you are forced to use. Remember your actions impact not only yourself but your roommates as well.  

2. New Residents: Prior to moving into Homestay Anywhere residences new students are expected to comply with all required stay-at-home orders from there respective locations and self-quarantine for a period of 14-days.

3. No Guests Allowed: No guests of any kind are permitted inside Homestay Anywhere properties for any reason, for any duration of time, until further notice. This includes family, friends, and previous residents.

4. Social Distancing: Students in residence are expected to practice social distancing measures when they encounter other residents in shared or public residential spaces. Most community amenities have been suspended and we encourage students to limit their time in common areas while practicing social distancing.

5. Masks: Students should wear face masks whenever possible outside of their assigned bedrooms. It is important that you avoid touching your face and wash your face mask often.

6. Wash Hands: Wash your hands, scrubbing vigorously for 20 seconds anytime you have touched something outside your house or that others have come in contact with. Any soap will work. You should also be using hand sanitizer.

We are closely monitoring this situation and will continue to update you with any information provided to us by our apartment communities to better serve you.
