For the student apartments, all of our units are 3-bedroom 2-bathroom apartments with two beds in each room, so up to 6 students may live together. Everyone will be sharing the apartment, including the living room, dining area and kitchen with other students and interns. Prices vary based on season, demand and property. You will be provided with a final price in your lease before signing. 1. Shared Bedroom Standard - You would share your bedroom with 1 other student and the bathroom with 2-3 other students. 2. Shared Bedroom Master - You would share your bedroom and bathroom with just one other student. 3. Private Bedroom Standard - You would have your own bedroom but share your bathroom with the 1-2 students occupying the other standard room. 4. Private Bedroom Master - You would have your own room and bathroom. *$250 Application Fee and $500 refundable security deposit required.
Please let us know if you will have a car with you during your stay. Some of our properties have limited parking and require a permit which is $50 extra per month.
