Please complete the form below to request a student accommodation. All information should be for the student. Parent’s may add their email/phone in the Comments section to be CC’d on communication.

If your anticipated move-in date is within the next 6 weeks, please only apply if you have the funds available to secure a lease. This includes your Application Fee ($500), your refundable deposit ($500), and your first month’s rent. Pending availability we will send a lease within a few days of receiving your application at which point you will have 2 days to sign the lease and make the above mentioned payment to secure your room. If you do not have the funds at this time, please wait until you have the funds to apply.

If your start date is beyond 6 weeks, you will be added to our waitlist and we will contact you approximately 6 weeks prior to your arrival to confirm availability. Similar to the above, you will be expected to pay within 2 days of receiving your lease in order to reserve your room.
