Please note these are the minimum dates required on your lease. You may arrive earlier and depart later pending availability.

Spring Program:

January 13th - May 2nd

Summer Program:

May 26th - August 22nd

FAQ

Can I request a roommate? Please include any roommate preferences on your application and we will do our best to honor them, but cannot guarantee it.

Can I request an all male or all female apartment? All of our units are officially co-ed and we do our best to respect requests but are limited based on the dynamics of the students who apply.

I will be extending my internship to the next semester, can I keep my current room? Please let us know ASAP if you plan to extend as we start doing placements for the next term roughly 6-8 weeks prior to it’s start date and cannot guarantee your current room will still be available.

Can I request a specific community? We have multiple communities we use for Orlando interns and will always place you in the best available unit. The address on the original lease you receive is simply a place holder.

When will I know my roommates? We do not confirm roommates until approximately 2-3 weeks prior to arrival because we need to wait until we receive all signed leases and know everyone who will be housing for the term to avoid switching people around.
