Can I request a roommate? Please include any roommate preferences on your application and we will do our best to honor them, but cannot guarantee it.

Can I request an all male or all female apartment? All of our units are officially co-ed and we do our best to respect requests but are limited based on the dynamics of the students who apply. Since student leases have different durations it is possible what started as an all male or all female unit becomes co-ed later.
