Homestay Anywhere has furnished apartments ready for you to move-in! The units may be co-ed. Pricing includes a furnished apartment, utilities such as water, trash, internet and electricity (up to a $250 cap). Basic pots, pans, bakeware, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, utensils and silverware are provided. Apartments include a microwave, toaster, washer & dryer and a smart television for you to use your own Amazon/Hulu accounts.
For the student apartments, most of our units are 3-bedroom 2-bathroom apartments, so 3 students may live together. Everyone will be sharing the apartment, including the living room, dining area and kitchen with other students and interns.
1. Private Bedroom Standard ($1,150) - You would have your own bedroom but share your bathroom with the 1-2 students occupying the other standard room.
2. Private Bedroom Master ($1,400) - You would have your own bedroom and bathroom.
**There is a one-time $500 Application Fee and a $500 refundable security deposit.
**Your application fee is not due until you are approved and receive a lease. Your deposit is refundable after your lease minus any fees owed.
